At France Golf Tours, we understand that Scotland is the home of golf.
That's why our tours include some of the most renowned links courses in the world, such as Saint Andrews Old Course, Turnberry, Troon, Carnoustie, Cruden Bay or the fantastic new links courses such as Kingsbarns, Castle Stuart or Trump.
But what would Scotland be without exploring the Highlands and making your way amid the sheep on the fairways of Brora between two whisky distilleries that are all part of your tour.
This will be the opportunity to play the most difficult links course in the world - Royal Dornoch.
We not only escort some of our groups but we also regularly visit our Scottish partners to ensure that our customers experience a premium tour.

Saint Andrews New Course
Saint Andrews New Course is a classic links course that is not so new as as dating back from 1895.
The course has the traditional out and back layout, and is a real first class golfing challenge. It also has, in the great St Andrews tradition, shared fairways and even a double green at the 3rd and 15th holes
Besides its prestigious
neighbour, the Old Course, Saint Andrews New Course is definitely worthy to
play when staying in the Home of Golf.
Saint Andrews Fairmont Kittocks course
Bruce Devlin's experience and expertise have provided the Devlin with its innovative and exciting character. It is a truly magnificent 72par, 7,049 yard championship course that sweeps its way along the rugged seaside landscape. This as yet, undiscovered gem begins by innocently easing the golfer into a false sense of security, offering wide, well manicured fairways that wind around man-made water features and risky bunkers, teasing the golfer with a mix of par fours and fives.
Then it is onto the par 5, 7th where the walk to the tee signals the beginning of the roller coaster style ride up, over and around the rugged wilderness of Kittock's Den. These ridge holes open up to the panorama of the white water crashing on the rocky shoreline below and over the body of the North sea to the Grampian mountains which dominate the horizon
Kingsbarns golf course
Opened in 2001, Kingsbarns is already rated as one of the best links course in the World. Kyle Philips has designed an authentic gem respecting the tradition of the Scottish Links with undulating and bumping fairways, pot bunkers, and fast greens with slopes that will not be easy to read for first visitors.
Offering stunning views on the
sea, Kingbarns is a jewel that must not be missed when golfing in Saint Andrews
area. Kingbarns, hosts every year with Carnoustie and the Old Course the
Dunhills Links Championship, one of the most important European PGA Tour event.
A true challenge
Saint Andrews Castle Course,
Saint Andrews Castle Course is the last jewel opened in 2008 at Saint Andrews. In the tradition of the pure links, it plays on cliffs overlooking the sea and the historic townscape below, making for one of golf's more unique stages.
It comes complete with blind shots, cliff carries, severely sloped greens and stunning vistas (you can see St. Andrews Bay from every hole, and the city from most greens and/or tees).
Given the preponderance of blind tee shots and visual illusions around the greens, first-time visitors are strongly encouraged to heed the advice of their caddie
